Dill pickle potato salad
Have you ever tried to decide between potato salad and cucumber salad for a potluck? Now, you no longer have to. This week, we are sharing with you a delicious, slightly sweet, and very tangy recipe for DILL PICKLE POTATO SALAD . Pickles have always been a favorite for some and are having a bit of a moment with the pickle version of charcuterie boards loaded with every style and flavor of pickle all over social media. Fran's grilled pizza
Grilled Pizza Week is always a much-anticipated and exciting week at the Burke Area Farmers Market. Fran whips up crusts loaded with toppings sourced from the fabulous BAFM vendors. She always brings us the classic "Everything Pizza" with lots of vegetables and Bijou Hills Grassfed ground beef, and also a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza that is absolutely delicious when drizzled with local B&L Jalapeno Honey . This year, we pulled out all the stops with a pesto pizza topped wit

The sweetness of fresh corn makes a rich, comforting bowl, but don't be afraid to also throw a little spicy pico de gallo made with garden tomatoes on top for a delicious flavor contrast. Zucchini Corn Chowder 5 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 of a red bell p

Cucumber ranch dip
When the temperatures are high, the refreshing crisp coolness of cucumbers can't be beat. We like the versatility of this chunky Cucumber Ranch Dip with fresh veggies and find it irresistible stirred up with diced cooked chicken, celery, red grapes and pecans for a chicken salad. Cucumber Ranch Dip 1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded, and grated on the large holes of a box grater (can peel, if skin is tough or waxy) 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped 3/4 cup sour
