Year-round staples

We're happy to share eggs, honey, meats, and baked goods across the seasons.

Spring

Asparagus, peas, radishes, spring onions, leafy greens (arugula, spinach), strawberries, rhubarb. 

Early summer

Lettuce, spinach, arugula, kale, Swiss chard, fresh herbs (dill, mint, parsley), strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, radishes, beets, carrots, peas, green beans, artichokes, new potatoes, rhubarb, early cherries, apricots, and sometimes early peaches. 

Late summer

Tomatoes are at their peak, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, summer squash, sweet corn, bell peppers, hot peppers, eggplant, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, peaches, plums, late cherries, blackberries, late blueberries, garlic, onions, okra, tomatillos, early apples, and pears start appearing. 

Fall

Broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, winter squash, kale, collards, root vegetables (beets, carrots, turnips), apples, pears, grapes, pumpkins, cranberries
